how it started

Hello, I'm Jodie - Founder of The Change Code, Change Strategist, Author & Internationally Certified Coach. I spent 20 years leading change for Fortune 500 companies - but when my own life collapsed, none of the frameworks I'd shared could help me....

 

For two decades, I guided leaders through billion pound transformations and coached thousands of executives through complex organisational shifts. I knew change inside and out - or so I thought.

 

Then life hit. My dad died. My health collapsed. Everything crumbled. Suddenly, every change model I'd ever implemented felt useless, because they were built for systems and spreadsheets, not humans in crisis. I didn't need another corporate methodology - I needed something that worked through the messy reality of real-life transformation.

So I built what I needed: The Change Code™.

What started as my survival toolkit became something bigger. The same principles that helped me rebuild my life were also able to transform how leaders and teams I worked with navigated change.
